Own the company-wide AI transformation strategy, roadmap, tooling, and enablement programs. Partner with department leaders to identify and implement high-impact AI and automation opportunities, manage tooling selection and adoption, oversee cross-functional execution, and measure business outcomes. Lead internal AI learning programs, coach teams in designing AI workflows, and scale existing AI capabilities through structured change management and operational excellence.

Own the company-wide AI transformation strategy, roadmap, tooling, and adoption. Partner with business leaders to identify and execute high-impact AI and automation opportunities, manage tooling evaluations and adoption, and lead employee enablement through training, webinars, and hackathons. The role scales existing AI programs, coordinates cross-functional change initiatives, aligns stakeholders, and builds internal capability for designing and implementing AI workflows.

Execute end-to-end product design for a fast-growing SaaS product: create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI in Figma; run lightweight research and experiments; collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers and UX writers; contribute to and use the design system; ship features across enterprise, automation, and AI areas.
