Contract Talent Sourcer responsible for top-of-funnel sourcing for technical and product roles using Juicebox and Ashby. Build boolean/X-Ray searches across LinkedIn/GitHub, run outreach sequences, maintain Ashby data hygiene, deliver weekly pipeline volume, flag credential issues, and report basic sourcing metrics. Offshore 1099 contractor role with no interviewing or hiring duties.
