Own and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, write user stories and functional specifications, define acceptance criteria, and align engineering, design, and stakeholders. The Product Owner tracks delivery progress, oversees testing and validation, incorporates user feedback and performance metrics, and improves team workflows through clear documentation and proactive communication.

Train with engineering, product, and client teams before embedding in client engagements. Discover workflows through SME interviews, document review, and system mapping; identify automation opportunities; write specifications; build and test AI-agent prototypes; lead rollouts; and measure productivity and ROI. This early-career role offers development paths toward AI engineering, product and implementation, or engagement leadership.

The Business Analyst will support the discovery process for clients, document workflows, assist in product design, and provide user training and issue resolution post-launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
