Monitors product and operational performance, identifies customer and process issues, and partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Risk, and Compliance teams on improvements. Implements AI and automation tools, investigates behavioral patterns, manages operational partners, improves escalations and resolution efficiency, and supports banking, telecom, remittance, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Optimize fintech and telecom product operations by monitoring performance, improving workflows, implementing AI and automation, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Risk, and Compliance teams. Investigate customer behavior, identify operational patterns, improve escalation efficiency and customer experience, manage provider communications, and support stability initiatives. The role requires Spanish-English bilingual communication, proactive ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.

Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, bookkeeping, payment and wire transfer processing, month-end closing, ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and VAT and tax declarations. The role requires knowledge of Swedish accounting, Excel proficiency, strong English communication, and attention to detail. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Fortnox, or similar accounting systems is advantageous.
