Leads full-cycle recruiting across league office functions, advises leaders on hiring strategy, manages senior searches, improves recruiting operations and ATS infrastructure, analyzes recruiting data, builds diverse talent pipelines, and enhances candidate experience. The role also supports inclusive culture initiatives, compliance, executive searches, and talent acquisition technology projects.
