Lead a team of 4-6 product designers for MaintainX's web and mobile B2B SaaS products. Own design quality, translate product strategy into execution, partner with Product and Engineering, grow designers, raise craft and design system standards, and adopt AI tools to accelerate design work.

Hunt and close new enterprise accounts across UK&I-led EMEA. Own full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signature, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals (£/€250K-£/€1M+ ACV), build pipeline, coordinate with BDRs and Marketing, and feed market intelligence to Product and GTM leadership.

The Sales Compensation Analyst will manage the commission process, ensure data accuracy, enhance compensation systems, and support the sales team through reporting and inquiry management.
