Build and maintain React Native foundations and tooling for an internal mobile developer platform. Integrate AI-native workflows, consolidate SDKs, CI pipelines, build tools, and reusable components, raise engineering standards, and collaborate with platform and product teams to accelerate mobile feature delivery.

Build and maintain shared testing infrastructure, automation frameworks, developer tooling, and AI-assisted test authoring systems. Integrate testing standards into CI/CD, improve build reliability, eliminate flaky tests, and develop test harnesses for AI-powered features. Partner with engineering, Quality Advocates, and SRE teams to improve platform reliability and developer productivity. Evaluate AI testing tools, support organization-wide adoption, mentor engineers, and own systems from architecture through production support.
