Provides case management and advocacy for children and families, helping ensure safe home environments and improve quality of life. Teaches emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication skills; assesses needs, develops plans, connects families with community resources, and collaborates with service teams.

Supports children and families involved in foster care by working toward reunification or other permanent placements. The Case Manager collaborates with parents, caregivers, CASA representatives, DFPS, courts, and community stakeholders; conducts home visits, attends court hearings, connects families with services, and advocates for children's safety and permanency. The role includes a comprehensive 13-week training program with field, classroom, and mentor-based learning.
