The CEO provides strategic, operational, financial, and organizational leadership for a multi-state nonprofit serving children and families. Responsibilities include partnering with the Board, executing strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing budgets and risk management, leading growth initiatives, building stakeholder relationships, advocating publicly, and developing high-performing teams and organizational culture.

Supervise an independent living program for adolescents, managing youth caseloads, coordinating services, supporting crises, and teaching life skills. Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate support staff; maintain agency and community partnerships; oversee documentation, inspections, referrals, youth funds, and quality audits. Provide on-call assistance, transportation as needed, and post-discharge support while ensuring a safe, structured, person-centered environment.

Provides local supervision and supportive services to children and families involved with Texas DFPS, including children placed through ICPC and those in psychiatric hospitals or TDJJ placements. Promotes permanency, advocates for children and families, coordinates community resources, and helps families build healthy, lasting relationships. The role requires compassion, crisis-support capability, and collaboration with partner agencies.
