Leads financial operations for two hospitality properties, overseeing reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, tax compliance, vendor contracts, and profitability initiatives. Partners with corporate accounting, owners, executives, sales, and revenue teams to achieve financial goals. Develops team members’ business acumen, ensures compliance with agreements and laws, and safeguards assets while supporting revenue growth and expense reduction.

Supports the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily front desk, valet, guest services, and lobby operations. Manages check-in and check-out, serves as Manager on Duty, trains and leads staff, assists with hiring, resolves guest concerns, monitors feedback, and ensures service, safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality standards. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and occasional travel for meetings.
