Performs radiological examinations, applies independent professional judgment to produce high-quality radiographs, follows department policies, and adapts care to patients’ conditions, ages, and abilities. The role requires ARRT registration and Maine radiologic technology licensure, with a temporary license pathway allowing completion within 180 days. Basic Life Support certification is preferred.

The Referrals Navigator guides patients through healthcare referrals, coordinates communication among patients, referral sources, medical staff, and payers, and processes authorization and pre-certification requests. The role follows referral algorithms, supports timely access to services, and analyzes data to improve patient experience and operational efficiency. Strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Provides clinical leadership, coaching, mentoring, and direct-care support for long-term care nursing staff. Assesses patient and employee risks, reports findings, coordinates infection prevention and control strategies, and advises staff on clinical practice, compliance, staffing, and scheduling. The role promotes evidence-based care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and improved resident outcomes.
