Performs microbiology laboratory testing, specimen collection, result interpretation, documentation, and reporting. Evaluates quality control, maintains and troubleshoots instruments, verifies test accuracy and sensitivity, and supports laboratory quality standards. Serves as a consultant to laboratory and clinical staff while communicating effectively with internal and external customers. The role requires an applicable medical laboratory certification and preferably three to five years of microbiology culture plate-reading experience.

Lead and mentor endoscopy nursing staff, coordinate patient flow and services, evaluate and improve patient care outcomes, handle escalations, and make administrative decisions in the manager's absence to ensure safe, efficient outpatient endoscopy care.

Provide compliance guidance and oversight for clinical documentation and revenue cycle processes. Audit documentation and billing, recommend corrective actions, research coding and regulatory requirements, and develop and deliver compliance education across the workforce.
