Build new features and improve Matilda (app, web, CLI, desktop) in production: ship quickly, improve inference performance, sharpen tooling, own projects end-to-end on the teams cluster in a small, high-agency engineering team.

As a Product Engineer, you will build and enhance Matilda's user-facing experience, focusing on UI/UX design and implementation. Responsibilities include developing web interfaces, ensuring responsive interactions, and collaborating with backend teams.

Design and operate advanced AI infrastructure, focusing on GPU clusters and large-scale systems. Collaborate with researchers and develop architectural solutions from first principles.
