Develops new business and customer relationships with restaurants, bars, cafés, and coffee shops. Responsibilities include cold calling, product demonstrations, account servicing, promotions, merchandising, cooler and display maintenance, inventory rotation, competitive reporting, sales tracking, invoicing, receivables collection, and meeting sales goals. The role requires regular customer visits, accurate administrative work, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift at least 65 pounds and move heavy product loads.

Provides front-office administrative support by greeting customers and vendors, answering and routing calls, maintaining directories and route records, managing mail and office supplies, coordinating equipment repairs, reconciling petty cash and route counts, assisting HR and recruiting activities, and serving as the Chief of Operations’ secretary.

Lead onboarding and development for new and current employees, supervise multiple roles, mentor and coach staff, step in to perform operational tasks as needed, enforce safety and performance standards, and ensure teamwork and continuous improvement. Role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, CDL driving, and some weekend availability.
