Own the full accounting cycle, including AP, expenses, billing, collections, payroll accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and 1099 filings. Lead the transition from outsourced accounting while supporting ERP migration and implementation of Ramp. Maintain controls, improve processes, support audits and reporting, and partner with leadership, FP&A, vendors, and business teams.

Own the end-to-end real-time neuronavigation and autonomy software stack for a medical device. Develop computer vision, sensor fusion, robotics, machine learning, and C++ real-time systems for patient tracking, coil localization, autonomous treatment delivery, and safety controls. Lead robotic integration, testing, FDA design verification, software lifecycle documentation, and cross-functional technical direction. Mentor engineers and work onsite with sensors, robots, and test fixtures.
