Own the end-to-end real-time neuronavigation and autonomy software stack for a medical device. Develop computer vision, sensor fusion, robotics, machine learning, and C++ real-time systems for patient tracking, coil localization, autonomous treatment delivery, and safety controls. Lead robotic integration, testing, FDA design verification, software lifecycle documentation, and cross-functional technical direction. Mentor engineers and work onsite with sensors, robots, and test fixtures.

Leads the People function as a strategic advisor to executives, overseeing organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and people analytics. Builds scalable onboarding and leadership development programs, establishes leveling and rewards frameworks, and leads a high-performing People Operations team. Partners across the business to support growth, transformation, culture, and organizational effectiveness in a hands-on, high-growth environment.
