Lead and scale the UK Product organisation, translating strategy into execution, shaping operating models, and building Product and Technical Program Management capability. Provide hands-on product leadership, align UK/US stakeholders, support roadmap and OKR planning, mitigate delivery risks, drive cross-discipline communication, and support hiring, development and succession planning while adapting to ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Set up and calibrate virtual camera rigs in Unreal, translate physical camera settings to digital scenes, build high-fidelity previs/techvis/postvis, integrate camera tracking/FBX/USD data and timecode, optimize real-time scenes for low-latency virtual production, and export camera data to downstream VFX tools.

Build, optimize and support node-based generative AI workflows for production. Develop custom Python nodes and tools, integrate and fine-tune models (adapters, ControlNet, LoRA), optimize inference and memory, ensure temporal consistency for image/video generation, package reusable graph templates, and provide technical support and documentation to artists and production teams.
