Manages purchase order creation, accuracy, tracking, updates, approvals, and compliance. Coordinates with vendors, product managers, distribution centers, finance, and logistics partners to align inventory and delivery needs. Monitors vendor performance, resolves chargebacks and discrepancies, communicates delays and risks, and conducts root cause analysis to improve delivery performance. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, relational databases, and ERP systems, along with strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, candidate criteria, timelines, and hiring events. Maintain ATS records, create job postings, support internal hiring processes, host candidates, and provide a professional candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, cash flow projections, and business performance analysis for assigned channels. Serve as a finance business partner, lead business reviews, provide strategic recommendations, improve processes and controls, and manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
