Provide psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention for middle school students. Conduct evaluations, interpret results, develop IEPs, attend eligibility meetings, deliver individual and group counseling, consult with teachers and families, coordinate with community resources, participate in crisis response, maintain case records and testing materials, and deliver trainings for staff and parents.

Serve as instructional leader supporting the Principal in curriculum, instruction, assessment, student conduct and attendance, extracurriculars, school operations, and personnel supervision. Develop intervention and disciplinary programs, oversee student supervision and events, participate in IEP/Student Study Teams, liaise with after-school programs and athletics, and assist with hiring, evaluation, and administrative duties.

Provide administrative and confidential support to the school principal by managing the school office, personnel and student records, handling correspondence and communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, overseeing office staff and workflows, maintaining budgets/accounts, and responding to emergencies and stakeholder inquiries.
