Provide leadership and support for special education programs: curriculum development, program evaluation, IEP implementation, staff development, community relations, candidate interviewing, materials procurement, record keeping, and coordination with parents and agencies.

Provide administrative and confidential support to the school principal by managing the school office, personnel and student records, handling correspondence and communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, overseeing office staff and workflows, maintaining budgets/accounts, and responding to emergencies and stakeholder inquiries.

Serve as Magnolia Public Schools' senior financial leader, directing budgeting, forecasting, accounting, compliance, grants, debt and capital finance, internal controls, and financial reporting. Advise executive leadership and Board, build a responsive finance department, ensure audit readiness, model enrollment-sensitive financial scenarios, manage vendor/procurement controls, and support long-term fiscal sustainability for multi-site charter operations.
