Own and grow reseller and VAR partnerships within the Microsoft channel to achieve ARR quotas. Responsibilities include joint business planning, partner enablement, co-selling, co-marketing, pipeline development, QBRs, channel conflict management, competitive monitoring, internal resource coordination, Salesforce forecasting, and executive-level partner engagement. The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 50% travel.

Build and run customer lifecycle, retention, advocacy, migration, and PLG programmes. Use customer and product data to target communications, drive conversions, manage case study pipeline, and report on KPIs while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Sales.

Lead and grow a DevOps team responsible for AWS/Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, observability, incident response, and FinOps. Set technical direction for IaC, pipelines, and service management while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Security and participating in on-call rotation.
