Manage daily operations of an adult day training program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervise and coach staff, review documentation for APD compliance, monitor participant attendance and service delivery, mentor employees, address incidents and billing/compliance issues, engage with participants and community partners, lead or cover activities when needed, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Lead organization-wide marketing and communications for a nonprofit: develop integrated campaigns, manage website, social media, email, create content and multimedia, support fundraising and events, analyze performance, and increase visibility including AI-powered search strategies.

The Employment Specialist provides training and support to individuals with disabilities to maintain their employment, conducts assessments, develops plans, and liaises with employers and families while ensuring client progress and compliance with guidelines.
