The Director of Human Resources manages the full employee lifecycle for a high school, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, compliance, leave management, employment agreements, and recordkeeping. The role advises faculty and staff, supports supervisors, maintains HR policies and documentation, coordinates with finance, and ensures compliance with employment laws and school policies.

Chief executive of a Catholic all-girls college-preparatory high school providing visionary leadership across mission and Catholic identity, academics, student life, advancement, enrollment, DEIB, finance, facilities, alumnae/community relations, and personnel. Partners with the Board on strategy and fundraising, supervises the leadership team, represents the school publicly, and ensures fiscal and operational integrity while advancing long-range plans and institutional mission.
