Processes customer orders throughout the sales cycle, including contract creation, license fulfillment, invoicing, shipping, Salesforce reporting, inventory management, and financial record maintenance. The role supports customers, sales, finance, and vendors while meeting service-level agreements, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Process and fulfill customer orders, maintain Salesforce contract and account data, create software licenses, invoice customers, manage inventory, prepare reports, document workflows, and support sales and finance teams. The role also handles customer inquiries, financial records, credit memo matching, vendor forms, and contractual compliance while meeting service-level agreements and key performance indicators.

Build and maintain automated API, UI, and integration tests; own quality for assigned features and services; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; monitor test reliability and pipeline health; collaborate with engineers on testability, root-cause analysis, and defect prevention; and apply risk-based testing and emerging agent-assisted workflows.
