Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, pricing, forecasting, inventory management, financial analysis, quality assurance, testing, customer engagement, and portfolio optimization.

Leads CNC machining operations, including complex setups, programming, tooling, inspections, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Develops and improves CNC programs, recommends machining strategies, supports prototypes and product launches, and drives Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives. Mentors machinists, coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production, leads root-cause investigations, supports equipment reliability, and ensures safety and quality compliance.
