Maintain and optimize on-prem and cloud Microsoft infrastructure, manage AD/O365/identity (MFA/SSO), administer VMware and NAS, perform patching, backups, security audits, provide second-level support, and mentor helpdesk staff.

Design, build, and maintain ERP integrations and EDI processes. Own EDI mapping, onboarding, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Develop APIs, middleware, and batch integrations; coordinate testing and vendor onboarding; monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and document architecture and processes.

Support, configure, and optimize ERP finance modules (AR, AP, GL) during IFS Cloud implementation and post-go-live. Lead testing, user acceptance, training, data reconciliation, troubleshooting, and finance-IT cross-functional alignment to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting.
