Lead multi-site childcare operations across Long Island, overseeing School Directors, facilities, compliance, quality, budgets, KPIs, staffing, acquisitions, and school launches. Develop leaders, ensure licensing and safety standards, integrate newly acquired locations, drive continuous improvement, manage community relationships, and serve as an escalation point. The role requires frequent travel between schools, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and at least five years of progressive early education leadership experience.

Manage post-tour admissions and enrollment across a regional portfolio: convert tours to registrations, maintain CRM hygiene, launch enrollment at new schools, coach Center Directors, and create a scalable enrollment playbook. Drive conversion, secure deposits and agreements, and support waitlist and acquisition efforts while tracking pipeline and metrics.
