As a research engineer, you'll train and evaluate large AI models, optimize inference throughput, and build data pipelines to enhance research and production workflows.

Own Magic’s IT function, including systems, endpoints, identity, SaaS, office infrastructure, support, and IT security. Lead a small team, establish technical direction, automate IT processes, enable self-service, administer SSO, SCIM, MFA, MDM, Google Workspace, and Slack, and partner with Security on endpoint protection, patching, vulnerability management, and incident response. Oversee office networking, AV, conference rooms, physical security, and scalable IT controls.

Contribute to building safe AGI through automating research and code generation, enhancing models, and aligning with team values.
