Lead hands-on product design for a crypto sportsbook platform, defining design vision, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and translating complex concepts into intuitive consumer experiences. Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership, mentor designers, establish design processes, and use AI coding tools and LLM workflows to rapidly prototype and ship interactive interfaces.

Manage real-time sportsbook and casino risk, monitoring exposure, liabilities, player behavior, sharp play, arbitrage, fraud, and bonus abuse. Profile players, adjust limits and markets, review withdrawals, oversee trading settings and feed providers, analyze casino RTP anomalies, and develop risk reports and alerting rules. Collaborate with Trading, VIP, Product, Support, Fraud, and Payments teams in a high-volume 24/7 environment.

As a Senior Counsel at Magic Eden, you'll design regulatory frameworks for Web3 wagering, collaborate with teams, assess risks, and build a network of counsel while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
