The role requires hands-on development with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/Node.js, React, and AWS, plus strong testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.

Supports software configuration and implementation for healthcare clients. Responsibilities include gathering and reviewing specifications, configuring applications within sprint cycles, importing specifications, creating scripts, forms, reports, and business rules, performing unit testing, maintaining configuration documentation, and communicating project risks and progress to stakeholders.

Manage healthcare customer accounts for the Charm oncology software solution. Serve as the primary clinical contact, provide training and clinical support, assist with implementations and upgrades, resolve complex issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with product and project teams to improve workflows, adoption, and patient outcomes. The role requires regular travel to customer sites and strong oncology or hospital clinical experience.
