Build and enhance a Ruby on Rails application across the full stack, directing AI coding agents and reviewing their work. Responsibilities include writing specifications and ADRs, improving code quality through TDD and refactoring, developing AI-facing APIs and MCP servers, enhancing Turbo/Stimulus interfaces, troubleshooting PostgreSQL and ClickHouse performance, extending engineering tooling, and providing operational support. The role also involves experimentation, rapid prototyping, documentation, and collaboration with operations and sales.

Manage client measurement for podcast campaigns: respond to support requests, set up and QA campaign measurement, monitor performance, troubleshoot reporting issues, run Zoom trainings, build spreadsheet reports, and improve internal processes.

The Measurement Growth Director will drive revenue growth by increasing adoption of the measurement product within key accounts, leading product demos, and managing client relationships to identify growth opportunities.
