Lead technical vision and execution for aerospace projects, drive R&D, establish industry standards, mentor engineering leaders, oversee technical deliverables, and produce/review 3-D models, 2-D drawings, and GD&T documentation.

Lead defense-focused projects from scope through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with NAVAIR and quality standards. Provide stakeholder updates, resolve issues, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Support planning, tracking, and delivery of defense/aerospace projects by managing scope, cost, schedule, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communication. Maintain project data, assist change management, prepare budgets, and promote process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within quality standards.

Lead mechanical design, integration, prototyping, testing, and sustainment of aircraft mechanical and structural systems. Produce CAD models and TDPs, apply GD&T and ASME drafting standards, perform hand calculations and analyses for airworthiness, support manufacturing and additive prototyping, mentor junior engineers, and manage multidisciplinary projects to meet defense standards and production requirements.

Lead design and integration of complex aerospace systems from concept through production. Serve as technical lead on projects, perform engineering analysis and simulations, create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks, apply GD&T and aerospace standards, mentor junior engineers, support prototyping, testing, qualification, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and manage complex aerospace engineering programs from initiation through delivery, serving as the primary customer contact. Develop and execute program plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance reporting. Supervise program staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Lead company financial strategy, accounting, FP&A, compliance and risk for an aerospace and defense contractor. Manage DCAA-compliant accounting, audits, budgeting, contract pricing, indirect rates, and a finance team to support growth and DoD contracts.

Operate and program conventional and CNC machine tools (including 3/4/5-axis) to fabricate and repair precision aerospace/defense parts. Interpret blueprints, select tooling and machining strategies, collaborate with engineers, document processes, and follow safety and quality standards to support manufacturing and repair projects.
