Lead used-vehicle operations at a Jaguar Land Rover dealership: drive traffic and lead conversion, achieve 55+ used vehicle sales/month, manage inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising and reconditioning, coach and hold sales team accountable, analyze performance metrics, and maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Manage dealership sales department: build customer relationships, oversee new vehicle inventory and dealer trades, train and support sales staff, assist closing deals, handle desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars, and help manage all sales operations.
