Build and execute the Pacific Northwest enterprise sales territory across Oregon and Washington. Own and grow an enterprise sales territory across Oregon and Washington. The role requires disciplined CRM management, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, quota achievement, new-business generation, and regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Provides premium, onsite technical support to enterprise customers in mission-critical environments. Diagnoses and resolves complex network, application, systems, performance, and product issues across operating systems, virtualization, cloud, security, and big-data technologies. Collaborates with support, development, and SQA teams; advises customers on network management best practices; researches solutions; and creates technical documentation. The role requires strong customer relationship skills, technical leadership, and up to 25% travel.
