Leads cross-functional beauty and consumer product projects from concept through launch, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders. Coordinates product development, packaging, merchandising, sampling, artwork, cost-saving, and resourcing initiatives. Runs status meetings, tracks deliverables, communicates project updates, evaluates supplier quotes, and supports continuous improvement of project management processes. Requires strong organization, communication, Excel proficiency, and experience managing projects in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or related categories.

Supports Being Frenshe brand marketing across campaign execution, retail and e-commerce programs, product launches, creative assets, influencer and social media activations, consumer engagement, trend analysis, and performance tracking. Coordinates timelines, budgets, product information, agencies, retailers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective, on-brand execution.
