Assemble and deliver meal trays/carts, prepare and portion food per menus/recipes, rotate and deliver supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose refuse, and maintain food safety and cleanliness while supporting resident satisfaction.

Coordinate and complete resident MDS assessments (admission, quarterly, Medicare, change-of-condition), ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation and MDS software data, lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings, generate quality reports, submit MDS data timely, and support ancillary data reporting for billing.

Provide clinical leadership on shift as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): supervise nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, document resident care, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain safety and infection-control standards, and address staffing needs.
