Monitor print, online, broadcast, radio and social media for MSG mentions; capture, format and upload clips into Meltwater; produce media briefs and analytics; transcribe segments; research pitching opportunities; and provide backup coverage for the News Services team while meeting formatting and deadline standards.

Lead FP&A for venue operations, food & beverage, and merchandise across theaters. Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, month-end reporting and variance analysis, manage expense tracking, support accounting close, analyze POS/Data Warehouse flows, assist POS integrations, and provide ad hoc financial analysis and operational support.

Support corporate accounting with monthly and quarterly close tasks including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations (cash, debt, fixed assets), expense allocations, monthly result reporting, auditor collaboration, preparation of quarterly tax deliverables, process improvements, and cross-functional liaison with AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/FP&A.
