Tests and documents internal controls over financial reporting to support SOX 404 compliance. Evaluates control design and operating effectiveness, identifies deficiencies and root causes, recommends process improvements, coordinates remediation and testing, manages evidence requests and workpapers, and supports external auditors. The role also assists with IT control testing, supervises student or staff resources, develops business-owner relationships, and handles internal audit projects.

Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives across performance management, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, workforce analytics, engagement, and change management. Provides guidance on complex employee matters, collective bargaining agreements, organizational design, and employment laws. Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to improve employee lifecycle processes, support workforce planning, and deliver effective HR solutions in a fast-paced venue operations environment.

Lead procurement strategy and execution for Sphere venues and technology categories: strategic sourcing, RFx, contract negotiation, supplier management, spend analysis, process improvement, compliance and stakeholder partnership.
