Oversee full revenue cycle for diagnostic/lab billing, manage payer interactions (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Commercial), configure billing systems, supervise EOB posting and follow-up queues, manage patient statements and collections, assist audits, and produce reports/dashboards to optimize cash flow.

Receive, sort, label, and process clinical specimens for analysis. Perform QA and container checks, scan/imaging for billing, enter initial data into the LIS, prepare send-outs, record discrepancies, and communicate issues to supervisors and client services.
