Leads statewide HR operations across Alabama laboratory locations, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, payroll, compliance, policies, and HR metrics. Partners with executives, managers, employees, recruiters, and agencies while ensuring employment-law, OSHA, affirmative-action, and workplace compliance. Manages employee records, benefits claims, separations, corrective actions, and HR technology systems. Requires strong judgment, communication, organization, confidentiality, and hands-on HR leadership.

Lead and supervise accessioning staff to ensure accurate specimen preparation, data entry into the LIS, QA checks, workflow, safety, and compliance. Manage staffing, training, scheduling, SOP development, and communication with external labs and customers to resolve specimen- and data-related issues.

Outside sales role promoting clinical laboratory services to private practices. Manage a sales territory, travel ~80%, grow and retain accounts, prospect new customers, use CRM to track leads and meet revenue goals.
