Own enterprise customer onboardings from kickoff through production, configuring AI agents for insurance workflows and building Python integrations with back-office systems. Tune prompts, evaluate LLM outputs, design agent flows, and lead architecture and security discussions involving SSO, mTLS, data flows, and privacy. Manage a portfolio of 6–10+ accounts, communicate with customer IT teams, and relay field insights to Product and Engineering.

Develop and maintain high-quality software across PHP, Python, or JavaScript stacks. Own solutions from business problem through release, make architecture and infrastructure decisions, establish testing, CI/CD, observability, and quality guardrails, and modernize legacy code incrementally. Collaborate with stakeholders and existing teams, mentor colleagues, reduce technical debt, document systems, and deliver frequent small increments in a fully remote environment.
