Drive financial planning for a retail department by building preseason and in-season sales, margin, and inventory plans. Partner with Merchandising, Allocation, and Assortment Planning to forecast, analyze sell-through and inventory ratios, run OTB meetings, recommend pricing/flow actions, and present financial recommendations to influence business decisions.

Represent the Madewell brand on the sales floor by delivering welcoming, authentic customer experiences, helping customers find products, driving sales, supporting store operations, and sharing customer feedback with management. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, fashion awareness, scheduling availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
