Provide welcoming, authentic customer service on the sales floor; drive sales and exceed service expectations; assist with operational and product-related store tasks; share customer feedback with management; and support brand values through teamwork, flexibility, and inclusivity.

Create window displays, merchandise layouts, signage, and floor sets that support the store brand and customer experience. Maintain sales-floor presentation, organize backstock, replenish products, and follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines. Collaborate with store management, support team training on presentation standards, use store technology, and assist customers as needed. Requires flexible scheduling and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
