Teams at Maddox Industrial Transformer

Lead monthly close and financial reporting for multiple entities, review journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, manage regulatory filings and audit requests, improve accounting workflows, and mentor team members. The role also supports cross-functional reporting, special projects, and ad hoc analysis.

Provides front-desk and office support by greeting visitors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, stocking refreshments and supplies, managing mail, completing errands and shopping, and helping plan and execute company events. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, interpersonal communication, email writing, and basic computer proficiency.

Manage customer account invoicing, invoice submissions, payment research, and account questions. Communicate professionally with customers and collaborate internally to resolve invoicing disputes and process issues. Maintain detailed customer order records and accurately record payments while handling confidential information with discretion.
