Lead monthly close and financial reporting for multiple entities, review journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, manage regulatory filings and audit requests, improve accounting workflows, and mentor team members. Provides front-desk and office support by greeting visitors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, stocking refreshments and supplies, managing mail, completing errands and shopping, and helping plan and execute company events.
