Processes supplier and third-party invoices, manages payments, maintains Xero, performs bank and supplier reconciliations, prepares cash-flow projections and financial reports, and supports budgets, memberships, acquisitions, and finance administration across group entities. The role is onsite, predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional travel, evenings, and weekends.

Manage gym, padel, pickleball, racquets, retail, e-bike, yoga, Pilates, and wellbeing operations. Lead fitness strategy, programming, team development, guest experience, safety, and facility standards. Drive membership revenue, participation, court utilisation, events, partnerships, and commercial growth while monitoring performance and feedback. This hands-on role requires regular early mornings, evenings, weekends, and onsite leadership.
