Own the restaurant POS ecosystem, including mobile POS, online ordering, reporting, kitchen, and back-office systems. Define product strategy, translate customer needs into roadmaps, scale enterprise solutions across thousands of locations, and lead feature launches, training, and adoption. Drive AI innovation in personalization, forecasting, ordering, and reporting while ensuring integration between front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.

Owns core accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, sales and use tax compliance, cash application, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, and audit support. Leads accounting projects, process improvements, and system implementations while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and accurate multi-entity transaction processing.

Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns, conduct market research, create written, visual, and video content, optimize marketing materials for SEO and social platforms, analyze campaign performance, and present recommendations to leadership. The role supports inbound and outbound marketing activities, product launches, events, advertising, branding, and content development.

Provides Level 1 customer support for CAKE product users through phone, email, SMS, and chat. Responsibilities include documenting and resolving inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers, defining support procedures, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, documentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred experience includes customer service, restaurant or hospitality operations, POS systems, and networking or technical troubleshooting.
