Coordinate a permanent part-time outside school hours care service in Brighton. Lead and mentor educators, plan engaging child-led programs, maintain safety and inclusion, build relationships with children, families and school staff, and ensure quality, administration, documentation and regulatory compliance. The role requires an ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care completed or in progress, childcare or OSHC experience, current CPR and First Aid certifications, strong communication skills, and Australian work rights.

Coordinate before-school care programs by creating safe, engaging activities, supporting children’s learning and wellbeing, building relationships with families and colleagues, and managing educator teams. The role requires childcare or early childhood experience, CPR and First Aid certification, Australian work rights, and a completed or in-progress ACECQA-recognised diploma.

Provide before- and after-school care for children in an OSHC program. Plan creative activities, create safe and engaging environments, build positive relationships with children and families, support wellbeing and development, and collaborate with colleagues on child-led programming.
