Macrostax is a web based nutrition app that tell you what, when and how much to eat to reach your goals. Based on your body type, age, height, weight, activity level, gender and goals we give you a macronutrient plan (carbs, protein and fat) to help you reach those goals. You also have access to a nutrition coach via intercom to help you.
