Teams at Macroscope

Design and scale Macroscope’s distributed backend systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production operations. Build infrastructure for large-scale LLM training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads in partnership with ML researchers. Lead architectural decisions and infrastructure projects, improving system reliability, performance, and scalability while working with Go, GCP, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Temporal, and related technologies.

Build Macroscope’s enterprise sales pipeline as its first BDR. Research target accounts, identify relevant outreach triggers, run multichannel outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and partner with founders and account executives. Develop messaging, test sales experiments, create the outbound playbook, and share market insights with sales and engineering. The role requires strong technical aptitude, exceptional writing, entrepreneurial initiative, and experience in B2B software sales development or another high-performing customer-facing role.

Build and scale top-of-funnel demand across PLG and enterprise motions. Own paid acquisition (starting with Google Ads), growth experiments, content, events, partnerships, lifecycle campaigns, and product launches to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
