Senior client-facing role delivering pharmacy benefit expertise and operational execution. Advise clients on formulary, plan design, utilization management, and program optimization. Lead design, implementation, and management of pharmacy programs, oversee RFPs and vendor evaluations, coordinate cross-functionally, analyze utilization and financial data, and present actionable insights. Serve as internal pharmacy subject-matter resource and drive process improvements.

Lead company-wide FP&A including annual and multi-year planning, rolling forecasts, cash runway, and multi-scenario modeling. Deliver board-ready reporting, KPI dashboards, and strategic recommendations. Own marketplace metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), build scalable FP&A systems (NetSuite, BI tools), and design the FP&A team while partnering with executives on capital strategy and investor communications.
