Manage and develop a ~20-person Data Tools team, ensuring delivery, workforce planning, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, Agile practices, risk management, and continuous improvement across a complex software landscape.

Manage incoming payments, generate and send invoices, apply and reconcile customer payments, monitor receivables and aging, handle invoice-related tickets, maintain accurate customer records, and follow up on overdue invoices to support timely collections.

Maintain and expand macroeconomic content in the Macrobond application by sourcing, updating, scrubbing, and validating data. Communicate with sources, perform database updates, identify data quality issues, and propose process improvements and automation opportunities while cooperating with the team.
