Owns Macrobond’s full enterprise sales cycle across South Africa, from territory planning and prospecting through negotiation and contract closure. The role develops new business among financial institutions, asset managers, banks, corporates, consultants, government organizations, and academic institutions; manages executive relationships; delivers consultative product demonstrations; builds pipeline; achieves revenue targets; and provides market intelligence while collaborating with global Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.

Process, implement, filter, and maintain macroeconomic data in the Macrobond database. Source data from national, international, and private providers, identify and correct data issues, communicate with sources, improve data workflows through automation and structuring, and collaborate on internal projects. The role requires strong research, analytical, data-processing, Excel, and multilingual communication skills, along with the right to work in Hong Kong.

Supports daily IT infrastructure operations under supervision, administering Linux and Windows systems, monitoring environments, handling incidents and changes, assisting with virtualization, containers, patching, access management, firewalls, and basic security tasks. The role also involves log analysis, scripting, Ansible runbooks, documentation, ticket updates, and escalation of complex issues while developing greater independence in system administration.
