Apply critical thinking, Excel and Word skills, and professional AI tools to improve research quality and efficiency.

Supports recruiters and local knowledge management teams through data entry, database maintenance, research, scheduling, document preparation, and information requests. Ensures data accuracy, integrity, security, and accessibility across the organization. Manages local office inventory and equipment, receives calls, and provides administrative support. The role requires prioritizing competing deadlines, handling high-volume work, and delivering responsive service remotely and in person.
