Provides direct and indirect behavioral health services within an Assertive Community Treatment program. Supervises clinical staff, conducts consultations and performance reviews, monitors documentation and records, coordinates care with providers, supports program evaluations, analyzes outcomes, and develops reports. Provides emergency on-call support, assists with community-based interventions, supports claims processing, and promotes service quality, efficiency, and productivity. Requires licensed mental health credentials, community mental health experience, supervisory experience, and Michigan driving credentials.

Performs clerical and administrative duties for the Health Department’s Immunization Program, including data entry, recordkeeping, document preparation, payment processing, file maintenance, reporting, copying, correspondence, and telephone and email assistance. Operates standard office equipment, provides customer service, maintains confidentiality, and may drive an automobile for authorized job functions.

Provides probation case management for juvenile offenders, including interviews, background investigations, assessments, treatment planning, court reporting, hearings, referrals, crisis de-escalation, and family guidance. Maintains confidential case records, recommends dispositions, initiates plan or placement changes, and collaborates with courts, families, law enforcement, schools, and community providers.
