The Sales Representative is responsible for driving territory growth by engaging instructors and institutions to improve educational outcomes using Macmillan Learning's solutions.

Design, develop, and deliver AI upskilling programs and materials, coach teams and leaders on applying AI, consult with stakeholders to identify learning needs, run pilots, measure impact, and embed AI into workflows and talent strategy across the organization.

Support and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructure (Cisco routers, switches, wireless). Troubleshoot WiFi, connectivity, VPN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM. Assist with Palo Alto firewall and Cisco ISE security operations, log monitoring (LogRhythm), documentation, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
