Operate ground-level equipment to receive, move, and process inbound inventory. Verify documentation, label and record quantities into the MRP system, report variances/damage, support Cubi-Scan and pallet stripping, maintain safety and cleanliness, and perform other assigned warehouse tasks.

Acquire and publish primarily fiction titles, negotiate acquisition terms, edit manuscripts, develop author careers, and build a cohesive publishing list. The Senior Editor collaborates with agents, authors, and internal departments to position books, prepare launch materials, maintain schedules, mentor colleagues, and supervise one employee. The role requires strong editorial judgment, industry relationships, fiction-market expertise, contract familiarity, and at least eight years of book publishing experience.

Own relationships across a portfolio of higher-education accounts, manage renewals and account health, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Product. Maintain account plans, CRM data, and forecasts while gathering customer feedback and supporting adoption and value realization. The remote role covers Kansas City, Missouri, Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, Minnesota, and Iowa.
