Build and manage relationships with educators, administrators, and technical contacts; monitor account health using Power BI, Amplitude, and Salesforce; lead customer training; troubleshoot access issues; create educational resources; support renewals and digital upsells; and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and customer success.

Leads day-to-day community management and growth across branded social channels, developing platform-specific voices, engagement plans, and cross-promotional campaigns. Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to amplify books, authors, seasonal initiatives, and social commerce. Uses social listening and analytics tools to monitor sentiment, behavior, engagement, and growth, translating insights into recommendations. Creates select social content, manages content calendars, and stays current on evolving platforms, technologies, and community trends.

Supports book reprint production by submitting and tracking orders, checking costs, issuing purchase orders, routing corrections, preparing estimates, reviewing proofs and completed samples, and performing quality checks. The role coordinates with vendors and internal departments, attends interdepartmental meetings, creates reports, and assists with administrative tasks such as supplies, mail, calendars, and documentation.
