Oversee salaried supervisors, team leads, and team members delivering maintenance, production support, cleaning, and related services. Manage daily customer interactions, ensure safe and high-quality task completion, engage and develop employees, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, delegation, and customer service skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
