Dental insurance

Our dental plan covers 100% of preventive care, 50-80% of all other services based on the type and after the deductible is met, and 50% of orthodontia for adults and dependent children.

Disability insurance

We offer short term disability (60% of your weekly earnings up to a max benefit of $1500) and long term disability (60% of your monthly earnings up to a max benefit of $10,000).
