The role requires onsite filming, occasional on-camera representation, strong social media performance metrics, and availability for some weekends and holidays.

Manages daily operations, maintenance, safety, energy systems, vendors, budgets, capital projects, and tenant construction coordination for a retail property. Conducts inspections, oversees preventative maintenance, ensures environmental and regulatory compliance, supports emergency preparedness, and manages contractors and tenant relationships. The role also develops capital plans, controls operational expenses, and participates in an after-hours Manager on Duty schedule.
