Lead and grow the Building Controls Field Specialist team in the Pacific Northwest. Support Contracts and Legal departments by reviewing, processing, and managing contracts; oversee document lifecycle and regulatory filings; assist with liens, bonds, insurance, and compliance; maintain SharePoint and document systems; track deadlines, expenses, and internal communications; provide administrative and organizational support to reduce risk and ensure contractual adherence.

Supports procurement operations by processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, confirming product availability, expediting at-risk orders, monitoring dashboards, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing procurement data, and generating reports. The role also coordinates urgent orders, maintains documentation, communicates delivery risks, and identifies workflow improvements while collaborating with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.
