Designs and coordinates HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects. Produces calculations, drawings, reports, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu. Manages multiple projects, coordinates with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams, ensures code and quality compliance, mentors team members, and drives design process improvements.

Supervise the Accounts Payable function, lead and develop the AP team, oversee accurate invoice and payment processing, manage vendor relationships, support month-end close, and maintain financial controls. Serve as a key ERP resource by troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, improving processes, monitoring reporting, and partnering with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and IT.

Leads workplace services across 16 locations in Washington and Oregon, overseeing corporate real estate, facilities budgets, vendors, capital projects, tenant improvements, business continuity, travel programs, and employee workplace experience. Manages lease negotiations, relocations, vendor contracts, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional partnerships while leading and developing a seven-person team. The role is based in Seattle with regular travel to regional offices.
