Supervise county-level CalAIM Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports teams, oversee front-line staff and case management, coordinate services with partners, manage hiring/onboarding, performance and office operations, ensure compliance and quality improvement, and carry a limited caseload.

Provide structured day habilitation services to individuals with disabilities: develop personalized plans, teach life and social skills, conduct community outreach, coordinate with providers, document progress in EHRs, advocate for resources, and ensure client safety while facilitating group activities and community integration.

Provide centralized administrative, compliance, and quality assurance support across multiple programs. Ensure documentation and data are audit-ready, maintain EHR data integrity, prepare reports, develop SOPs/workflows, support Senior Nutrition reporting, and assist leadership with systems and audit preparation.
